The theme for the 2010 Western Region meeting is, "Focus on Value(s)". We are accepting submissions for Papers, Panels, Effective Learning Strategies presentations, CPE sessions, and Special Concurrent Sessions relevant to the theme as well as other accounting academic, practice or educational topics. If you are interested in volunteering as a Reviewer, Discussant, or Moderator, please indicate as such in your SPRS user profile under "Conference Volunteer Role(s) Interested In". The meeting will be held April 29 through May 1 in Portland, Oregon. We are planning an exciting program and look forward to receiving your submission by midnight, Pacific-time on Monday, January 18, 2010.

Do you have a favorite teaching tip, best practice, or innovation? If so, please consider submitting an Effective Learning Strategies (ELS) Poster idea. ELS submissions will be peer-reviewed within two weeks of submitting, giving participants time to register for the meeting. Have questions about the ELS Poster Session?
